There are many attractive sightseeing areas and spots around Yokohama.
For example, Tokyo(the current capital city),Kamakura(the medieval city of Samurai)
and some attractive spots for kids. Japanese cultural experiences are also available in the venue.

Participants wishing to reserve above mentioned optional tours should apply online no later than May 6, 2016.
We will not accept your application in case of fully booked or if the tour is canceled.
2. Special experience plans
In addition to the official tours, you can enjoy the following activities around Yokohama area.

-Onsen(hot spring) centre: Walking distance from the venue!
-Tokyo Disney Resort: Take a day-trip to the famous amusement park!

3. After convention tours
We offer tours to Kyoto and Mt.Fuji, the most popular destinations in Japan amoung foreign tourists. Mt. Fuji is known as the symbol of Japan and Kyoto had been formerly the Imperial capital of Japan for more than one thousand years. Application to these tours starts from Janualy 2016.

These tours will depart from "Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal". There is no pick up service from Yokohama area.Please go to the assembly place by yourself. It takes about 40-50 min. from Minatomirai Sta. to Hamamatsucho Sta.

TOKYO SKYTREE©
TOKYO SKYTREE®, the world’s tallest self-standing broadcasting tower was completed in February 2012. The height is 634m. It is located 1km (0.62mile) from Asakusa. At the TOKYO SKYTREE® is located a shopping arcade called “TOKYO SORAMACHI®”, and is filled with fashionable goods and regional goodies.
Edo-Tokyo Museum
The Edo-Tokyo Museum shows how the 15th-century village of Edo grew to be Tokyo, one of the largest cities in the world. The museum, established in 1993, recounts this story of remarkable growth through life-size replicas and detailed scale models. There is a life-size reconstruction of the Kabuki Theater, and reconstructions of Edo Castle and Nihonbashi Bridge.
Cupnoodles Museum
There are many exhibits of Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Food Products and inventor of Chicken Ramen, the world’s first instant ramen that revolutionized eating customs all over the world. Also you can make the original cupnoodle.
Kamakura-Kotokuin Temple (The Great Buddha)
The Great Buddha of Kotokuin Temple is known as Kamakura Daibutsu (Great Buddha of Kamakura) and the symbol of Kamakura City. The fact that it sits in the open air makes it unusual amongst large Buddha statues in Japan. It is 11.3 meters tall and weighs around 121 tons.
