Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Confirmation
Please ensure that you carry a printed copy of the Registration Confirmation Sheet which contains the QR code to print your badge on-site with you at the Congress to facilitate the registration process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refund will be issued under any circumstances (ex. natural disasters, earthquakes, etc.).

Optional session reservations will be confirmed on a first come first served basis; please remember that these sessions have limited number of seats.
